This is from a modified vintage pattern I found on eBay - I had to add the front yoke, add the cuffs, create the welt pockets and insert the knit ribbing in the side. The yoke, patch and welt pockets were all added before lining the jacket.
The knit ribbing inserted on the sides was done after the jacket hem was finished. The ribbing had to be dyed brown because I wasn't able to find it locally. You could actually apply it to any off-the-rack jacket, too.
