This is a replica of the Denton patch made on my super-mega embroidery machine. The fabric is a poly-cotton twill, and there is a light iron-on backing to help position it on the jacket (but it still needs to be stitched down for permanence). It's 3½" across and I usually have these "in stock"!
Updated photo - I started using a darker green soon after the initial batch. I'll leave the original photo posted so there's no confusion about what changed. This is the design I've been selling since around 2011.
